LED ribbon lighting is garbage!
- - The initial ribbon works, but 4-pin connectors to add ribbons do not attach or light.
- - Instructions are poor.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!! I bought this strip lighting to put in a display and to be able to string multiple ribbons together.
The initial ribbon works but using the connectors and accessory light strips claiming to work together (4 pin to 4 pin, compatible sku's) do not work! The ribbons do not attach or light when using the accessory connectors to attach addition straps.
The instructions are worse that the garbage product they sell. Do not waste your money or your time trying to use this absolute junk product or you will regret it!

I installed your 12" under counter led light. The 2nd day the 50% setting quit working. The 3rd day the 100% setting kept getting dimmer and eventually turned off.
Patriot ighting doesn't respond.
Design a fixture that works. I would like to have one that works properly. Will you replace mine with one that works as it should?

3 different fixtures. All 3 same problem. Only 1 bulb will work after time
- - Liked the light look, but Patriot Lighting has a ground issue.

We remodeled a house that was less than 13 years old.
I liked the look of the lights.
If I would have known after putting the lights up that patriot lighting has a serious ground issue over time, we would never have purchased. Our electrical person said he is all the time fixing the ground on their products.
What happens in time only 1 bulb will work. The fixture has to have the ground fixed to have both bulbs working. The product has been cheapened up so much it won't last.

You are told this is the first they have been told. They must not go on the computer and research their own product.
Menards must not research the products they sell to see over time how their products hold up.
We talk about being green.
Make products that last! Sell products that last! I realize the world economy needs consumption and this is why companies get by with making crap for products and get by with it.
I was told by their customer service the fixture has a dry rating. If you live in the Midwest and want to put this product on your ceiling, where you have attic above your ceiling or a cathedral ceiling dont buy this product!
Because when winter comes even with great insulation as our home you will get corrosion on the ground and only 1 bulb will work. I hate to inform the customer service gal that ground over time will corrode in a dry environment, because copper does this. That is why the warranty is 5 years.
So sad for our environment. Where a small fix would make a great product.
So sad, good news all the visitors we get, we advertise how well your product doesn't work!!! Have mentioned how menards needs to sell better quality!

Ceiling fan stopped working after 3 hours.

We purchased a 56' dual-mount Patriot fan. The remote never worked correctly, and the fan stopped working at approximately 3 hours.
It is mounted on a 19' ceiling, and we paid $700 for an electrician to install it. Do not buy a Patriot ceiling fan from Menards.
The remote is very complicated to use. Buyer beware!

- - Three ceiling fans installed before moving in stopped within three months; not recommended.

We had three of these fan in our home. We just bought out home, the fans were installed before we moved in.
They were never used until we moved in. We had all three ceiling fans just stop working. Completely!! My husband checked they wee installed correctly.
They all have stopped working in less than three months!! I would not recommend this product to anyone!!

Installed Patriot LED wall pack # CL- WLS5K-3CCT with dusk to dawn in off position light will not come on if I wave my hand in area of photo cell it will come on and stay on.

Patriot post cap lighting systems are garbage. 1st season the photocollectors began to fade and fail to charge.
2nd season began the breakdown of the plastic casings.
The box should have a warning label "not to be used in regions that are cold in winter". One of my worst Menard purchases in recent memory.

- - The agent said this is Capital One, not Patriot Lighting.
I used the patriot lighting call button to try and find out how to fix my light and after waiting an extended period of time when they answered, the guy said he needed to look up my account. I said there wouldnt be an account because Im calling about a lighting problem.
He said this is capital one not patriot lighting.! The contact number is right on the website, you just hit call button so that should be patriot lighting not capital one
Preferred solution: How to fix this problem. How is the LED changed On this ceiling mount light. It blinks constantly.

I have replaced all lights in my house with Patriot Lighting Carah within the last year. Now when you turn on bedroom light & fan & then try to shut the light off with remote.
It will not shut off anymore.
I have tried numerous different batteries. Nothing seems to work.
